Salary: £40-45,000 DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a thriving design and planning practice based in the North West. With a strong pipeline of projects in the housing and education sectors, the practice is looking for a confident individual with several years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained within a larger architectural practice. This role offers the chance to develop and shape your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on high-quality design and delivery. Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Daily Duties:

* Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion

* Prepare and coordinate detailed design and construction drawings in Revit

* Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders

* Contribute to design development and technical delivery

* Attend site visits and project meetings as required

* Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice

The Ideal Candidate:

* ARB-registered Architect with at least several years of post-qualification experience

* Background in a larger practice preferred

* Strong project experience in either housing or education sectors

* Excellent Revit skills

* Confident communicator with strong coordination and teamworking ability

* Proactive, organised, and able to manage time and deadlines effectively
