Responsibilities

* Perform site surveys and participate in client briefings to gather project requirements.

* Prepare and submit 2D and 3D design packages for planning applications.

* Collaborate with external design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

* Develop comprehensive Building Regulation packages.

* Represent the firm at networking and industry events to enhance business relationships.

* Respond to new client inquiries and discuss proposed projects.

* Independently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

* Support the director with daily operations and administrative tasks, including managing office logistics.

Qualifications

* ARB Registered

* Sufficient experience in the residential sector, with proven experience across RIBA Work Stages 0-4.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign.

* Solid understanding of Planning Policy and Building Regulation/construction requirements.

* Polished communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational capabilities and time management.

* Confident presence in networking and client-facing environments.
