Location: Bicester (Predominantly home-based)

Salary: £32-37,000 (DOE)

An award-winning architectural practice based in Bicester is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect (ARB-registered) to join its growing team. This role is predominantly remote (four days from home, one day in the office), offering an ideal opportunity for a motivated and capable architect to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will be confident taking on responsibility across all RIBA stages, bringing strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude to a supportive and design-led studio. The practice delivers high-quality multi-residential housing and commercial-to-residential conversion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing design concepts through to detailed technical packages

* Producing high-quality drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations

* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors

* Managing workload and meeting project deadlines independently

* Supporting the delivery of projects from planning through to completion

Requirements:

* ARB-registered Architect (recently qualified welcome)

* Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and technical capability

* Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite also desirable

* Excellent communication and time management skills

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a close-knit team
