This is an exciting opportunity for a client-facing professional with over five years post-qualification experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to innovative and high-quality hotel projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and working within a team, liaising directly with clients, and delivering technical details using Revit. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple project stages will be essential. Experience in delivering hotel and hospitality spaces is required, and site experience is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality hotel projects
2. Engage directly with clients and external consultants, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
3. Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit
4. Manage project stages from concept to completion
5. Support site-related activities, applying technical expertise to on-site challenges
6. Ensure designs align with hotel regulations and client requirements

Skills and Experience

1. 5+ years post-qualification experience
