Job description

We are a small friendly award winning practice based in London currently looking for a Part 3 qualified architect with a minimum of 2 years (post Part 3) UK experience for a full time office based role. Our focus is mainly on Listed residential buildings but our portfolio also includes conservation work.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Proficiency in Technical drawings
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of design
  • Proficient use of Autocad and Sketch up
  • Contract administration experience
  • An appreciation of classical architecture
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive approach to teamwork
  • Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice
  • Some experience of high-end bespoke projects
  • Good knowledge of planning and building control requirements ARB registered Architect
  • Eligible to work in the UK

The role requires the candidate to:

  • Develop concepts into detailed proposals
  • Deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and planning authorities
  • Be confident working alone and unsupervised as well as work well within a team
  • Confident communication is essential as you could lead your own projects and interact daily with clients
