Job summary

10 Design is expanding its London studio to handle a growing portfolio of international projects and UK work. The Architect will take ownership of defined design packages, guiding projects from early design through technical delivery and construction.

Mentoring from senior architects is available as you take on more responsibility and deputise when needed. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, balance design ambition with technical and programme needs, and contribute to client meetings and

Qualifications

Active ARB registration (UK) with RIBA Part III or international equivalent.
Experience supporting the design and delivery of architectural projects.
Knowledge of UK construction industry legislation, practice and procedures.
Proficiency in Rhino, Revit and AutoCAD; experience with BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across all project stages.
Take ownership of defined design packages and deliver coordinated work to programme.
Develop creative design proposals from concept to detailed design.
Prepare drawings, models, diagrams, reports and client presentations.
Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP and consultants.
Support project brief development, change management and submissions.
