Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is seeking an Architect to help shape a large and varied estate across Northern Ireland. You will explore feasibility, contribute to estate strategies, and prepare drawings and reports to inform future investment.

Working with in-house and external design teams, you’ll ensure designs meet statutory requirements, the RIBA Plan of Work, and Sodexo standards while travelling across NI to collaborate on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• A degree and postgraduate qualification in Architecture.
• Current registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
• At least three years’ post-qualification experience.
• Working knowledge of Northern Ireland planning and building regulations and processes.
• Experience preparing architectural drawings, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies and viability assessments.
• Shape estate strategies, area plans and site masterplans.
• Assess building and site use for operational needs and suitability.
• Produce architectural drawings, reports and supporting information.
• Develop project blueprints and dossiers for future delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house and external teams to solve problems.
