Qualifications

• Strong background in Architecture with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural and creative software.

• Hands-on construction experience to inform building processes.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate complex details.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs using Vectorworks and SketchUp.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and design development from concept to detail.
• Produce planning, building regulations and construction drawings.
• Participate in design team meetings and liaise with consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and assist with surveys and project administration.
• Stay up to date with building regulations and construction standards.
