Position: Architect (Commercial)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Health Insurance + Country Club Membership + Wellbeing Package + Pension + Progression to Directorship
Location: Stamford

Are you an architect or architectural technician looking for a new opportunity in the commercial and industrial sectors? Do you want to join a growing architectural firm and develop your design expertise working on a range of projects for blue chip companies, with progression to directorship?

This company works with a range of clients in the industry including blue-chip companies across the UK such as Bakkavor, Greggs, and Oscar Mayer. Your role will include:

1. Working on a range of design projects such as new build factories and the refurbishment of existing industrial buildings.
2. Liaising directly with clients and creating technical drawings and designs that meet building codes regulations.

The Role:

1. Create technical drawings and models.
2. Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations including Part B, Part K, Part M.
3. Liaise and co-ordinate with clients and other departments.
4. Knowledge of industrial building types - steel frames, cladding.
5. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
6. Experience submitting planning applications and dealing with the building control process.

The Person:

1. Architectural technician with experience in CDM or BSA principle design.
2. Full UK Driving license.
3. Commutable to Stamford.
