Job summary

Locri Recruitment partners with a world-renowned architectural practice to recruit an Architect for its Winchester studio. The role covers early design through to technical delivery on high-quality residential projects.

Ideal candidates will have ARB qualification and 3+ years' experience, with strong design, technical detailing, and knowledge of UK planning and Building Regulations. ArchiCAD experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• ARB qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' professional experience.
• Strong experience within residential architecture.
• Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
• Good knowledge of UK planning requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong design and technical detailing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a design-led environment.
• An interest in traditional or classical architecture.
• ArchiCAD experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of high-quality architectural projects.
• Work across multiple RIBA stages, from concept and planning through to technical delivery.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models and presentation material.
• Develop detailed design and technical information.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Assist with planning applications and statutory approvals.
• Support the delivery of projects in accordance with programme and quality requirements.
