This renowned architecture practice is looking for a newly qualified Architect or an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their innovative team. About the Role

They are seeking a newly qualified Architect or a Part II Architectural Assistant with over 5 years of experience. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of new builds across commercial, residential, and workplace sectors, from concept design through to completion. You'll be integrated into a dynamic team, collaborating with architects and interior designers across all RIBA stages, with a focus on stage 3 onwards.

What You'll Do

  • Design World-Class Buildings: Bring your creative vision to life, working on all phases of the design process, including concept design, schematic design, design development, and tender processes.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with Principals to develop strong communications with clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Technical Excellence: Prepare plans, elevations, details, and sections through to detailed construction drawings, ensuring technical precision and innovation.

Your Qualifications

  • Recent ARB Qualification or 5 years post Part II experience, with demonstrated expertise in design, detailing, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential. Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, and 3Ds Max is advantageous.
  • Sector Experience: Proven track record within the commercial, workplace, and residential sectors.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and graphic presentation skills.
  • Creative and Technical Portfolio: Showcase your originality and technical prowess through a strong portfolio.
  • Team Player: Positive, communicative, and collaborative approach.
