Responsibilities

• Drawing existing & proposed architectural drawings
• Perform original design work according to a client brief
• Producing building regulation drawings
• Liaising with clients, planning officers and building control
• Coordinating consultants (planning consultants/structural engineers/party-wall etc)

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience
• Competency in Revit
• Knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated individual with time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload
• Full clean UK Driving Licence with access to a car
