The Role

As a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, you’ll work on projects through all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Due to the nature of the projects, it is advantageous if candidates can demonstrate 2 years' experience or more on UK large-scale projects, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.

Qualifications & Required Skills
  • A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate architectural technologist
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
  • Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Track record of experience on UK projects
  • Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in the UK (without sponsorship)
