Job description

Nixon is seeking experienced Architects and Technicians to join its expanding team and work on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

We are a small team of friendly Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who deliver a wide range of projects around Glasgow and the Central Belt, and are looking for a new member for our dynamic team. We offer a friendly working environment, with 25 days' annual leave, 4% pension contributions, a competitive salary and cover professional subscriptions.

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience of:

• A minimum of 3 year's experience delivering projects from a domestic scale to £10 million, covering all work stages.
• Working as part of a design team to co-ordinate complex projects, ideally in the residential and commercial sectors.
• A close attention to detail and good technical knowledge.
• Good time management, interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
• Proficient in Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup.
• ARB / CIAT registered Architects / Technologists preferred.
• Experience with BIM Level 2 is preferred but not essential.
