Anderselite is working with a well-established multidisciplinary practice in Cardiff, looking to recruit a talented Architect/ Architectural Technician with experience in retail and banking projects. With over 140 years of delivering thoughtful, high-quality design across sectors such as Heritage, Education, Commercial, and Residential, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and design-focused team.

The Role:
- Lead and support on retail and banking focused projects.
- Produce detailed design and technical documentation using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Liaise with clients, heritage bodies, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee work from concept through to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with conservation best practices and UK regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Architect with 3+ years experience post Part 3.
- Experience working on listed buildings, conservation, or heritage sites.
- Strong technical and design skills.
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
