Full-Time Administrator

Location: Belfast
Salary: up to £27,000
Working Pattern: Full Time

Vanrath is delighted to support a key client in recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy team on a Full-time Permanent basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support core business functions through high-quality administrative assistance within a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing general administrative support across multiple teams or departments
  2. Managing and updating internal databases and digital filing systems
  3. Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required
  4. Supporting meeting coordination, including room bookings, agendas, and minute-taking
  5. Processing incoming and outgoing mail and managing internal communications
  6. Assisting with procurement tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
  7. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in a general administration role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
