Architect with 2-4 year's PQE (RIBA stages 2, 3 & 4) - High End Residential & Bespoke Design Focus.

We’re working with a respected, design led architecture practice in Central London that’s looking to welcome a talented Architect to their growing team.

Known for their collaborative, sociable culture and a serious commitment to design quality, this employee-owned studio has developed a reputation for delivering exceptional residential and mixed-use projects from refined mews houses and luxury penthouses to large-scale apartment buildings valued up to £40m.

This role offers the chance to take on responsibility across all RIBA stages, with a strong emphasis on Stages 2-4. You’ll be joining a team that prizes creativity, attention to detail, and technical rigour so we’re looking for someone with a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with both clients and contractors.

What they’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years post Part III UK experience
  • Proven ability to deliver across RIBA stages, especially 2-4
  • Strong concept design and detailing skills
  • Experience in high quality, design focused residential or similar sectors (e.g. hotels, heritage, bespoke mixed-use)
  • Excellent 3D, graphic and presentation skills (InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD essential; Revit experience an advantage
