Location: Worcester or Birmingham

Salary: £34-38,000+ DOE

Daily Duties

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
  • Lead and contribute to design development across various project types
  • Manage and deliver architectural projects from concept to completion
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines
  • Support junior staff and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture of the team

Ideal Candidate

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with post Part 3 industry experience in a UK based practice
  • Strong design and project delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage design work across multiple sectors
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team
