Qualifications

• At least two years’ relevant experience (qualified or equivalent).
• Experience in domestic/rural design and direct client work.
• Advanced CAD skills.
• Good understanding of RIBA stages 0–7, CDM, and construction sequencing.
• Detail-focused, logical thinker with sound judgement.
• Enthusiasm for ecological design and sustainable materials.

Responsibilities

• Work across all RIBA stages: from site visits and client meetings to design, delivery, and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers, makers, and builders.
• Prepare proposals, review colleagues’ work, and contribute ideas.
• Help deliver high-quality, ecological projects on time and on budget.
• Work across structural, interior and joinery drawings.
