Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)

A RIBA-chartered, award-winning architecture practice based in Stratford-upon-Avon is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for high-quality, contextually responsive design, the studio delivers bespoke residential, cultural, and community projects from concept through to on-site completion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Architect seeking to take on responsibility within a collaborative and design-focused practice. The role offers exposure to all stages of the architectural process and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the creative and technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to construction

  • Prepare and coordinate planning applications, technical drawings, and construction packages

  • Oversee design detailing and support delivery on site

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and consistency

  • Contribute to the studio’s design reviews, team development, and practice culture

Requirements:
  • ARB-registered Architect

  • Sufficient experience post-Part 3 in a UK architectural practice

  • Strong design portfolio with experience in high-quality residential and/or community projects

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential

  • Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policy

  • Confident, proactive approach with excellent communication and coordination skills
