A well-established RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Essex is seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their collaborative, innovation-driven team. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality design solutions, the practice specialises in retail, residential, and commercial projects that consistently exceed client expectations.

Lead and support the design process across all RIBA work stages
Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications
Oversee project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentationRequirements:

ARB-registered Architect (Part 2 experience also considered)
Experience working in a UK-based architecture practice
Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, systems, and construction methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
