Job summary

The Crowd in the UK is seeking an experienced Architect to lead and contribute across all RIBA stages for a portfolio of workplace, mixed‑use and commercial schemes, based in London. You will join a high‑calibre AJ100 practice and play a pivotal role in design leadership and project delivery.

You must be ARB registered with 3+ years post‑graduate experience, proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite, and possess strong knowledge of UK building regulations and London‑based schemes.

Qualifications

• ARB registration or equivalent.
• 3+ years post‑graduate experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience with London-based schemes and working through RIBA stages 0‑6.

Responsibilities

• Assist and contribute to the design process through all stages.
• Production of technical packages and detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants and wider architectural team.

In line with their ongoing commitment to excellence, they are in search of a skilled and experienced Architect with a proven track record in successfully navigating projects through all stages of the RIBA framework.

This role offers a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, encompassing workplace design, mixed-use developments, and commercial ventures. It provides an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly talented and dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing the design-focused projects, all based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and contribute to the design process through all stages
