Job summary

The Crowd, a London-based architectural practice, is seeking a skilled Architect to lead design-focused projects through all stages of the RIBA framework.

You will work on workplace, mixed-use and commercial schemes, produce technical detailing, and coordinate with external consultants within a dynamic UK team.

Qualifications

• Registered ARB Architect or equivalent.
• Post-graduate experience with 3+ years.
• Experience taking projects through RIBA Stages 0–6.
• Exposure to London-based schemes and UK building regulations.
• Proven ability to lead design-focused projects.

In line with their ongoing commitment to excellence, they are in search of a skilled and experienced Architect with a proven track record in successfully navigating projects through all stages of the RIBA framework.

This role offers a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, encompassing workplace design, mixed-use developments, and commercial ventures. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing the design-focused projects, all based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3+ years of post-graduate experience

• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
