Job Opportunity: Architect in Reigate

Position: Architect / Part II Architectural Assistant

Location: Reigate

This role is suitable for a newly qualified architect or an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant. You will work on residential projects of various scales, collaborating closely with an in-house planning team, private clients, and developers to deliver tailored design solutions.

The practice is renowned for residential architecture, handling projects from bespoke extensions to large-scale developments. Currently, due to high demand, the small team is expanding. Your responsibilities will be divided between private clients and the company's own developments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Report to the director
• Manage projects independently
• Oversee residential projects through all stages
• Collaborate directly with clients
• Produce design and technical packages
• Utilize AutoCAD daily
• Address site-based issues as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with UK residential projects is essential
• Proven ability across all RIBA stages
• Qualified Architect or experienced Part II
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Reigate
