Job Title: Architect

Salary: Up to £48,000

Location: London

My clients are committed to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them. With an exciting range of upcoming projects, my clients' portfolio includes a strong focus on conservation projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
  1. Develop and present design concepts for a range of projects.
  2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in sustainable design practices.
Qualifications required for this Architect role:
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  2. Professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) or equivalent.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
  4. Experience of working from RIBA Stages 0-7.
  5. Proficiency in Revit.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
