Overview

Darwent Architecture is a small, award-winning, design-led architectural practice with a strong reputation for excellence in the heritage sector, focussing on projects in South Manchester and the Derbyshire Peak DistrictNational Park.

We are looking for a talented and motivated, qualified Architect or experienced Part II to join our team to work with us across the residential, commercial and heritage sectors.

Applicants should have a good working knowledge of current building regulations and a strong understanding of construction principles; both historic and modern. Experience in the heritage sector is desirable but not essential.

Candidates should be confident, personable, self-motivated and fully conversant with CAD, Photoshop and In-Design. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
