Architect job in Manchester

Architect job in Manchester with a salary up to £50,000, bi-annual performance bonus, hybrid working and flexitime. This is a great opportunity to join a Manchester-based, employee-owned architectural practice that prioritises work-life balance and ongoing professional development.

This role will see you take ownership of projects from concept to completion, work closely with clients and contractors, and manage a small team. Revit proficiency is a must, and previous experience in industrial or recladding projects would be beneficial.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Run projects from inception through to completion across RIBA stages
  2. Coordinate internal and external teams, including contractors and consultants
  3. Produce feasibility, planning, tender, and technical drawing packages
  4. Attend site to monitor build quality and statutory compliance
  5. Lead meetings and manage internal resources as required
  6. Support and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
  1. ARB Registered Architect with minimum 3 years post-Part III UK experience
  2. Proficient in Revit with a working knowledge of BIM workflows
  3. Strong technical detailing and job-running experience
  4. Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Able to manage your own workload and delegate effectively
