Job description

Our customer is from the hospitality industry with operations spread across multiple countries. Customer has partnered with to expedite automation journey.

As an Architect, associate is required to contribute in automation journey, work closely with developers and guide them to achieve the integration of technologies to enable agreed automation.

Your responsibilities:

Lead customer discussions on the AWS automation capabilities and technology

Guide development team to address day to day integration challenges to achieve the end goal

Work closely with Project Manager to address the impediments and achieve the go-live date

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

10 + years of Overall experience in AWS Cloud Technologies

Proficient in Amazon Lex, Deep understanding of Lex features, capabilities, and limitations, AWS Ecosystem Knowledge

Proficient in Amazon Connect

Experience in other AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of NLP concepts like intent classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis
