About the Role:

In this exciting position, you will lead the design development and delivery of luxury hotel projects, navigating stages 3-5 with precision. Your expertise in Revit is mandatory, ensuring consistent and high-quality construction documentation throughout each project. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll bring innovative design ideas to life while maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and manage project phases from Stage 3 through Stage 5 for high-end hospitality projects.

• Prepare and oversee detailed construction documentation using Revit, which is essential for achieving project success.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge hotel designs with a focus on quality and innovation.

• Facilitate design reviews and contribute creative solutions that enhance the luxury hospitality experience.
