Architect

Power house of a global design studio is on the lookout for an immediately available Technical Architect or Technologist to join their team on a contract basis. This studio is renowned for designing skyline altering mixed-use and commercial projects in the UK, US and across Asia, and boasts a beautifully designed and collaborative studio environment in the heart of Central London for you to work in. If you were to join the team, you would be working initially on a London based commercial project between stages 4+5, delivering technical packages in Revit. As this is a contract role, you will ideally be available within a 2 weeks notice period.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work within a structured team delivering RIBA stages 3 to 4 on an exciting commercial workplace scheme in London.
2. Produce drawing packages in Revit including: shell & core, curtain walling & DPM.
3. Work within a BIM environment.
4. Liaise with project lead and strategic management to resolve issues and assist with deadline delivery.

Key Skills

• Part III or ACIAT qualified or equivalent.
• Strong technical skills and demonstrable experience in large-scale projects at RIBA stages 3 & 4 is essential.
• Revit proficient.
• Immediately available to start work.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
