Do you have what it takes to transform society?

We are currently looking for a talented, motivated, and innovative Architect with a passion or interest in designing mission-critical facilities to join our dynamic team in our London office.

What does the role involve?

You will lead the design and development of mission-critical projects including data centres, healthcare facilities, and film studios throughout their lifecycle across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure design integrity and functionality.
2. Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
3. Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices in mission-critical design.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You should have a degree in Architecture (preferably a Master's), proven experience in delivering projects within a BIM environment, and leading architectural projects through RIBA work stages 2-5. Mission-critical experience and professional registration are preferred but not essential. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial.

Strong Revit capabilities, experience working in collaborative cloud environments, and a good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to design excellence are also required. Experience with European projects is a plus but not mandatory.
