We are currently working with a purpose-driven, employee-owned architectural practice that is proudly part of the B Corp community. With a multidisciplinary team of over 300 professionals across multiple UK studios, they are recognised nationally for their collaborative, sustainable approach to design and delivery. They are actively seeking a talented Architect to join their growing design team near Waterloo Station, London. The successful Architect will get the opportunity to work on a range of exciting large-scale projects within a range of sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of meaningful and nationally significant projects, ranging from education and healthcare to mixed-use and community-focused developments. The successful candidate will join a passionate, experienced team that values resilience, creativity, and collaboration. The company supports long-term career development, mentorship, and future opportunities for employee ownership. Our client is looking for an Architect to work until the Technical Delivery Stage on a project, so strong early RIBA experience is important. In terms of software, they are Revit using so a strong knowledge and experience with the software is required.

Architect Job Overview

  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality designs
  • Primarily work on large scale projects till RIBA Stage 5
  • Develop designs from concept through to detailed design and delivery on site
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

Architect Job Requirements

  • ARB Qualified Architect
  • Strong design skills with excellent drawing and presentation skills
  • Proven experience from concept to completion on live projects
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit
  • Experience working on mid-large scale projects
  • Experience in the education sector is beneficial
