Job description
A tier 1 main contractor in Hertfordshire is looking to expand their construction team and is currently recruiting for an Architect on a long-term contract basis.
This position will be ongoing for a minimum of 6 - 12 months, with a view to extend depending on secured projects within the group.
As an Architect within the construction team, you will be responsible for delivering projects ranging up to £150 million from inception to completion and handover, reporting into the Lead Architect. To apply for this position, you will need to have experience in taking design from inception to handover. You will be expected to be involved from stage 3 to 5.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within either an architecture practice or main contractor.
- Must have Revit experience.
- RIBA Chartered Architect.
- Highly proficient with Revit.
- Understanding of planning, building control, and CDM regulations.
- Have worked with JCT and NEC forms.
