I'm working closely with a renowned architectural studio in Warwickshire that is seeking a skilled Architect to join its innovative and energetic team. This award-winning practice is celebrated for its creative approach and meticulous attention to detail, with a portfolio that spans luxury residential and commercial developments.

The successful Architect will play a key role in delivering projects from initial concept through to final handover. You'll be involved in producing high-quality design work, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring every stage meets the practice's high standards. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with strong knowledge of UK building regulations, is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Architect to contribute to standout projects within a supportive and design-led studio.

Experience, Skills and Requirements for the role of Architect:

1. ARB-registered and Part 3 qualified
2. Significant post-qualification experience within a UK-based architecture firm
3. Prior exposure to high-end residential projects is beneficial
4. Solid understanding of UK building codes and planning policy
5. Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken
6. Strong command of Revit and AutoCAD
7. Detail-oriented with a creative design mindset
8. Good understanding of construction techniques and material specifications
9. Ability to manage and deliver projects across all RIBA stages
