Job description

You will like

This full-scope Architect role from Bournemouth New Forest HQ for RIBA Chartered practice. This award-winning firm has blue-chip clients across a broad range of sectors such as commercial and institutional projects including master planning.

The Architect job itself where you will work alongside a small team, assist with project development, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting new projects coming up as well as existing projects across a broad range of sectors. More specifically:

  1. Working closely with project Lead, and/or to deliver projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion.
  2. Prepare and develop drawings, visuals, models and images, and other documents related to design.
  3. Use Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis.
  4. Coordinating designs with external consultants.

You will have

To be successful as an Architect here, you will have completed your RIBA part 3 qualification and have relevant experience as an architectural assistant within a UK practice. You will have a successful background in working on education and commercial projects. Plus a healthy mix of the following:

  1. RIBA part 3 qualification.
  2. ARB registration.
  3. Relevant post-qualification experience.
  4. Vectorworks and Sketchup proficiency.
  5. Commercial and education sector experience.
