Qualifications

Alison Brooks Architects is looking for talented and motivated people to join our expanding London studio. With a growing number of UK and international projects, we are seeking both Part 2 Architectural Assistants and Architects to become part of our collaborative team.

We are interested in individuals with strong design skills, curiosity and ambition, people who enjoy working across all stages of design and delivery, and who want to contribute to a studio culture that is open, inventive and supportive.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute actively to our design ethos and discussions
• Develop and progress designs collaboratively across project stages
• Prepare and deliver high-quality drawings, models and visual material
• Present and communicate ideas within the studio and to external collaborators
• Support project teams at both design and technical stages

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent 2D & 3D design skills in Rhino Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of Twinmotion, Grasshopper and Revit an advantage
• Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation, versatility and attention to detail

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive forward design ideas and contribute to our design ethos
• Lead aspects of project management, client liaison and consultant coordination
• Develop project designs collaboratively, ensuring quality, consistency and completeness
• Prepare and deliver project outputs in line with programme and resource plans
• Present and communicate design work to clients, collaborators and the studio
• Mentor and support junior team members

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent 3D design skills in Rhino and Revit
• Experience delivering complex Revit/BIM Level 2 projects
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively across multiple projects
• UK project delivery experience
• Registered Architect
