Package Architects and Architectural Designers - Mid-Senior Levels

This award-winning, globally renowned Architecture, Interiors, and Master Planning design practice has progressed to the technical development and fitout package delivery stages of a significant Middle Eastern mixed-use project, requiring support from Package Architects and Architectural Designers with proficiency in Revit.

The practice employs over 100 staff and offers a fun, inclusive, and collaborative studio environment with exposure to large, diverse teams. Management is fully involved in all projects, with no hierarchy—everyone has a voice—and they follow agile methodologies for project delivery.

Successful candidates will initially work within a team of 5, which will expand. Responsibilities include developing technical design concepts, construction fitout packages, and producing details from shell and core to construction. The project is already under construction in the Middle East and scheduled to complete by the end of 2026, offering a unique opportunity to see your work through to completion.

This extensive mixed-use scheme includes Event Arenas/Venues, Retail, Hospitality, Hotels, Museums, Residential, and more. Applicants should interface with interiors teams and understand interior fitout elements. Packages will cover exterior envelopes, roof structures, facades, structural elements, ancillary areas, lobbies, lifts, food courts, atriums, and more. A good understanding of exterior and interior detailing, including wall/ceiling junctions, staircases, structural interventions, and material integration, is advantageous.

This large, complex project requires Package Architects and Architectural Designers who are adaptable, take ownership, and can work independently. The environment is fast-paced, demanding team members who maintain consistency, see the big picture, and are open to change.

Applicants should have design flair, 3D spatial awareness, and proven skills in developing technical packages and producing construction drawings/details in Revit, on medium to large projects within a BIM environment.

• The initial contract duration is 6 months, with likely extensions until the project's completion in 2026.
• FTC PAYE Salary or Hourly Rate: £38K-£50K for Mid-Level & £50K-£62K for Senior-Level.
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in East Central London office, 2 days from home.
• 37.5 - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
