Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced ARB Architect with advanced Revit skills and a proven track record in delivering public and commercial sector projects?

We're looking for a confident and capable Architect to join an expanding Bristol studio and take a leading role in the design and delivery of impactful, technically demanding projects.

The Role
  • Lead projects from early concept through to technical delivery and completion
  • Work closely with directors, consultants, and clients to shape high-quality public and commercial spaces
  • Apply your strong Revit and BIM experience to manage complex projects across all RIBA stages
  • Contribute to a collaborative studio culture and mentor junior team members
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce and oversee high-quality Revit-based design and technical packages
  • Manage planning, building control, and tender submissions
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews
  • Maintain awareness of project budgets, timelines, and risk
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Requirements
  • ARB-registered Architect (RIBA Chartered desirable)
  • 5+ years' UK experience, with a focus on public and commercial projects
  • Expert user of Revit, with experience in BIM workflows and coordination
