The role covers high-end residential projects from concept through to technical delivery, with Revit experience highly desirable. Applicants must have UK work eligibility and be able to contribute across project stages.

The ideal candidate will join a smaller, hands-on practice offering genuine involvement in high-value schemes and contemporary residential architecture.

LB Design Recruitment are working with an established, design-led architectural practice in Dorset who are looking to appoint a fully qualified Architect to join their growing team.

The practice has an impressive portfolio of high-end residential projects, ranging from bespoke private homes and substantial refurbishments through to luxury multi-unit residential developments. Projects are taken from initial concept and planning through to detailed design and construction.

They are looking for a qualified Architect who can bring a good combination of design ability and technical understanding, and who is comfortable contributing across different project stages.

The role:

• Fully qualified Architect with experience gained within a UK architectural practice
• Salary circa £40,000 dependent on experience
• High-end residential and development projects
• Involvement from design/concept through to technical delivery
• Revit experience is highly desirable

This could particularly suit an Architect who enjoys contemporary residential architecture and wants to work on well-designed, high-value projects within a smaller, hands-on practice where they can have genuine involvement in the schemes.
