Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice with studios across the Greater Manchester area. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architect to work across a range of building sectors for their Bolton studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

• Help deliver on a range of commercial, residential, and education projects
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Revit or AutoCAD
• Experience working across a range of sectors or sector specialist experience
• Strong design and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
