Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect to join a fantastic client in Central Birmingham who are seeking talented and fully qualified RIBA Architects to join our team in Birmingham. We are currently working on a number of new commissions in the West Midlands area and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to contribute to our projects.

Key Requirements:

1. Fully qualified architect registered with the ARB
2. Experience working through RIBA work stages 1-7
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
4. Strong communication and project management skills
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and contribute to the design and development of projects through all RIBA work stages
2. Produce high-quality drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
3. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
