Known for delivering imaginative, sustainable solutions, this studio offers a vibrant, collaborative environment where your creativity and ideas will thrive.What You'll Be DoingStep into a role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with a Project Director to shape projects from concept to completion-bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring they meet the highest standards in design, compliance, and sustainability.Your day-to-day will include:

• Crafting innovative design concepts aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work
• Preparing planning applications, building regulations, and safety submissions
• Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Attending design reviews and coordination workshops
• Supporting risk management and document control processes

What You'll Bring

You're not just technically skilled-you're a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for great design.We're looking for someone who is:

• ARB registered with a strong design and technical portfolio
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital tools
• A confident communicator with excellent visualisation skills
• Commercially aware and knowledgeable in UK construction law
• Experienced with platforms like Newforma (a plus!)
