An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join an award-winning architectural practice. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading design and technical delivery on architectural schemes from concept to completion.

They would prefer senior-level candidates.

You will be responsible for:

1. Managing projects daily, ensuring design and delivery align with the RIBA Plan of Work
2. Acting as the main contact for clients on selected commissions
3. Leading design team coordination and overseeing documentation
4. Supporting junior team members through mentoring and supervision
5. Preparing planning and building control submissions
6. Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies throughout project stages
7. Producing architectural drawings, models, reports, and presentations
8. Maintaining comprehensive records, including project trackers and site reports
9. Ensuring scope of service adherence and alerting senior colleagues to potential changes

What we are looking for:

• Experience as an Architect or in a similar role
• ARB-registered Architect with RIBA Parts 1, 2, and 3 (or equivalent qualifications recognized by UK NARIC)
• Proven experience across all RIBA work stages, ideally as a project leader
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
