Job description

We are recruiting talented, ambitious, and forward-thinking Architects/Senior Architects to join our Design team in our Northern regional office in Warrington.

We believe that great design is the foundation of what we do – as one of our Architects/Senior Architects, you will use your creative skills to produce high-quality architecture to maximise development potential.

You will be involved in scheme designs from feasibility studies through to planning permission and beyond, passionately creating ideas to develop beautiful places for people to live.

It’s the attention to detail that makes the difference, and as one of our Architects/Senior Architects, you’ll have your work seen and admired by many.

You’ll work in a busy, exciting commercial environment with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy, and you’ll see many of your designs come to life each year. You will play a key role in the development process, collaborating closely with our in-house land, planning, technical, surveying, construction, and sales teams. You’ll also witness customers enjoying the spaces you designed, as they move into their new homes.

About you

You will be passionate about architectural design, up-to-date with all aspects of architectural planning and building/construction regulations, and registered with ARB.

You will have a good eye for great design and be able to identify solutions to potential challenges. After all, great design is the foundation of what we do.

You will be highly organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
