Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, building regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types.
• Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects.

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects

• Proven ability to produce technical detailing for residential or similar project types
• Competent in ArchiCAD, or willingness to learn through structured training
• Experience delivering bespoke residential and contextual design projects
