We’re currently seeking an Arcade Supervisor to join one of our vibrant branches. As Arcade Supervisor, you'll take full responsibility for the running of your shifts. You’ll supervise a team, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure a high standard of presentation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Key holder duties and responsibilities
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Branch
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Supervision of Arcade Staff
• Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches
• Weekend and public holiday cover required
• Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of paperwork
