About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced and motivated Tree Surgeon Climbers to join our growing team. At Sky High Services, you’ll work on a range of arboricultural projects across highways, railways, commercial and domestic sites. From site clearances and tree reductions to emergency works and detailed tree inspections, you’ll be an important part of a team that delivers safe, high-quality results every time.

You’ll be climbing, using a range of arborist equipment and techniques, and working alongside skilled machine operators and grounds workers. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in and who takes pride in doing a proper job.

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as an arborist or tree surgeon climber

Relevant climbing certifications (e.g., CS38/CS39 or equivalent)

A strong work ethic and reliability – showing up and doing what you say you’ll do

Good level of physical fitness – this work can be demanding but rewarding

Desirable but not required:

PTS (Personal Track Safety) and Highways Passports for working on highways and rail projects

NPORS 360 Excavator and forestry machinery tickets – or a willingness to train

Experience in highways, rail, or larger commercial projects
