Job summary

idverde is seeking an Arborist Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations across Bath, Westbury and surrounding areas, focusing on planning, performance and contract specifications. You will lead area-based teams and ensure high standards of tree care.

You will be responsible for people management, health and safety conformance, and liaising with clients and internal teams to deliver excellent service. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Proven arborist experience with focus on high-quality tree care.
• Experience leading contracted works within arboriculture or related industries.
• Strong understanding of arboriculture safety protocols and equipment care.

Job description

Location: Bath/Westbury - reporting to depot most local to you

Hourly Rate: £16.10 to £18.00 dependant on skill level and experience

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30

About the role

We are now looking for a talented and experienced Arborist Team Leader to join our team in Bath, Westbury & the surrounding area. You will focus on the day-to-day running of the contract, managing the planning and performance of works through area-based teams and ensuring that the required contract specifications are met.You will have responsibility for people management, and health and safety conformance. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and the highest performance standards. Requirements

• Proven experience as an Arborist, with an eye for detail and passion for high quality tree care.
• Previous experience within a team leader role, managing contracted works within arboriculture or adjacent industries.
• Excellent understanding of arboriculture, safety protocols, care & maintenance of all equipment, plus the ability to undertake operations safely and competently, with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
• Hold Relevant Industry Qualifications - training to upskill can be provided to progress career
