Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Tree Surgeon / Grounds Person for a well-established landscape firm in Sutterton, Lincolnshire. Salary £32,000–£36,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Role includes arboricultural duties for multiple clients: tree works, hedge cutting, site clearance, stump grinding. Some out-of-hours work and travel may be required; enhanced pay applies for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years practical experience in arboriculture.
• City & Guilds CS30 certificate.
• City & Guilds CS31 certificate.
• City & Guilds CS38 certificate.
• Full clean manual driving licence.
• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general arboricultural duties for clients (mixed tree works, hedge cutting, site clearance, stump grinding).
• Work out of hours when emergencies arise and may travel to sites; pay adjusted for extra hours.
• Ensure work is performed safely and to high standards.
