Arboricultural Contracts Manager
Arboricultural Contracts Manager – Oxfordshire / Northamptonshire (office-based with fieldwork) - £40,000 DOE

The Job:
Our client is seeking an experienced Arboricultural Contracts Manager to take a lead role in costing, planning, and managing arboricultural contracting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable professional to oversee a wide range of tree management projects, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The Company:

The Candidate:

  1. Significant experience in the arboriculture sector
  2. Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  3. Strong communication and client management skills are essential
  4. Excellent organisational and project planning abilities
  5. Level 2 qualification in Arboriculture and relevant NPTC certifications, with continued professional development demonstrated
  6. Full UK driving licence is required, and trailer certification would be an advantage
  7. Experience working within an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor framework is desirable

The Package:
- Salary competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Benefits: 26 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
- Location: Oxfordshire or Northamptonshire (office-based with fieldwork)
